So Im in week 3 of GH (3IU/day) (this is my 1st time using GH). I'm also taking 750MG/wk of test. I was taking tren for about 4 weeks prior to that and let that run out. I got more tren, more test and winny tabs. I just started the tren again (100mg/eod). I have enough for about 6 weeks. I figured id start the Winny after that. I know tren and winny are tough on the liver so i wont do both at the same time; but i am tempted. Tren gets me huge, winny rips me up.

I've always been a 2 compound guy. Very conservative; limited gains. I play it safe cause i dont want to mess myself up but the reality is I dont get much out of it. I'm 39 and I guess I'm a vet at this now (probably done about 12 cycles now over the years and pretty consistent now over the past 4 years). I think it time to bump it up a notch. Maybe go up to 1G of test a week; with tren (then winny). Ive always bee a 500/750mg wk guy.

Also a friend of mine thinks I should just go with EQ/Test (600/500) for better long term hardness/leanness and stop messing with Tren/winny.

I just had my first injection ever today. I been reading up on juice for 3 years now, assuming you're not planning to compete and you just wanna look good the test E and EQ cycle seems to be the best option. It's a simple cycle, affordable and requires a simple PCT. I am taking 500 mgs /test E and 300 mg Crecibol ( boldenone) a week, will run them for 8 weeks and see what happens.

Don't take this the wrong way, but I do have some questions. You're 5' 9", 190, and 15% BF, you're doing HGH and 750mgTest, and just finished tren and started it again. You've been serious the last 4 years and have 12 cycles behind you. I just don't see any results from that. Your size is pure natty attainable, or darn close, even at 39. It doesn't seem like the gear is working for you, not sure what your goals are, etc.

You also say you play it safe, but yet use the worst compounds for your body - tren and winny. Also, running liver /kidney toxic compounds side by side can be just as harsh if not harsher than running them together.

So I guess the question is - give us some history, diet, training, goals, etc, because I'm not seeing you needing to increase dosages, but really tweaking what you are already doing to get actual results.
 
ive never done winny and tren together or in the same cycle. And I agree its probably not a good idea to run both together or that close. A typical cycle for me is 14 weeks at 500mg of test and ill run tren OR winny for 6 weeks. Amirdex EOD and HCG/Novla.

Maybe ill kick start with DBOL for 6 weeks. What I typically get is a nice boost. Im not looking to be over the top or look like a freak. And all said and done, given my genetic makeup I cannot achieve the results naturally that I can while on. Trust me, I have tried. I get some size...but when it comes to definition, hardness and leanness; its just NOT in the cards naturally.

On or Off, I eat 6X a day (40G-50G of Protein per), low carb, low fat. Train 5 days/week. Morning cardio for 6 months (spring/summer). PM cardio after training 3X a week (during the summer...more in the winter). 30-45 min at 70-80%

My goals? I like the path I'm on. I have some back and neck issues that will prevent me from ever competing (mainly due to my inability to squat heavy anymore). I guess I'd like to hit the 10% mark, but dont want to be 170lbs to get there.

My gentics? Mom with high body fat, Dad small boned. Naturally I am a mess. I have to work hard to get where I am. Gear helps big time.

What gear allows me to do is retain my size and strength while I get lean. This is an impossibility naturally for me. I was much stronger at 185 then I was at 200+ and obviously far leaner.
 
Winny and tren go well together. Tren has risen more concern about kidney than liver toxicity. Running tren for long periods of time can be dangerous.
Use the test and EQ for a long cycle with an AI with a carb conscious diet for some good results.
 
people who have complaints that they aren't getting anything out of steroids usually have diet and training issues.

stick to this rule of thumb..

1. you need supps (gear/amino acids, protein bars, powders;whey, casein etc etc)
2. you need to eat clean and eat a lot. always keep your body in an anabolic stage throughout the day, dont eat enough or starve your body you will go catabolic and lost muscle
3. you need to train properly. chest, arms, legs (20 sets of 8-10 reps... 2X per week) yes that adds up to 6X per week. take a break where needed but alternate.. mix in 5 sets of abs. mix in back along with the legs (deadlifts, clean and jerks, squats)... mix in shoulders and delts with the chest days. heavy sets with heavy weights. and increase as you go. it works wonders..

doing 5 sets of bench and then leaving the gym isn't gonna do anything except mantain what you already got.

and finally sleep well obviously.. getting 5 hours of sleep cause you have a crying baby and nagging wife is gonna screw up your workouts.
 
guys we are getting off track here. I never said steroids didn't work for me. I am 190 lbs. I rep 120lb dumbbells on incline for chest. I rack the lat press machine (300lbs). my arms are 18in, my chest is 46, waste 33. Im stronger then most guys in my gym who outweigh me by 20lbs. My legs suck but i haev 2 herniated disks in my back. I am limited to 225 on the smith squat. I eat clean, I take a long list of legal sups. 2 protein shakes a day + meals. I am in the gym 2.5 hrs 5 days a week plus AM cardio.

The reality is I may need to bump up the dosage a bit. This was actually put in my head by some vets in my gym. 500mg week just doesn't cut it after years of cycling. I fought the idea for a while now, but I think they may be right.

Then there is the issue of the dosage of gear. I think its hit or miss. Ive gotten some 250mg/ml of sus that was awesome and some 400mg/ml of test that was shit. But this is another issue to deal with and I'm sure what the solution is when you get under dosed gear...other then bumping it up.
