You are correct. BigRickRock caused Black Monday and as a result everybody left and that killed this board and the Training board as well.

That'svery unfortunate.. IMO this was the best powerlifting board on the web. We have a very good training board over at meso, but this was the absolute best source for powerlifting information.. Did they delete all of their old posts here?

This board has slowed down alot. I remenber when powerlifterjay and some others posted here alot. Hate to see those guys leave.

this is bullshit. this board had some good info and now it gets 4 or 5 posts a week.
