I think you can inject it in the Muscle or the fat tissue. It's water based so you can even use insulin pins.

In the quad or delt is fine. Also, you might want to run the syringe under hot water for a little while to warm it up, becasue from my experience, injecting ice cold HCG stings like a fkn bitch.
