Where do the threads go when they say "moved"?

Are they moved to a different forum, or are they deleted? I have looked for some that say moved and could not find them.

they go to a magical fairyland where the streets are paved with licorice and there are candy cane light poles. it rains skittles and the rivers are chocolate.
the main problem is the rats though.

they get moved to another forum - it does seem that it should tell you where it got moved to. for instance, the "vwnikki" thread that I started on this board got moved by a mod/admin to the elite between the sheets board.

I wish I could get moved to the magical post moving land. I like toffee and that's what the street signs are made of.
