where do i get stuff for an eca stack???
do i buy each component or buy supp. with all in it???

Whichever is easiest. You won't find many products that have aspirin in it.

A lot of your "fat burners" are some combination of this. Stuff like "metabolift" and "ripped fuel" are ECA and EC, respectively (I think the met has willow). But there are lots of products like this out there, just find the cheapest. As mentioned, most dont contain aspirin.

Your best bet will be to use an EYC stack

Ephedrine HCL
Yohimbine HCL
Caffeine

25mg E, 2.5-5mg Y, 200mg C...

Ideally, your Y dosage should be 0.2mg/kg. So, if you weigh 100kg (220lbs), you don't want to surpass 20mg daily of yohimbine HCL
