Where can you research for doses of gear

I was told that for a cutting cycle that winstrol is good with parabolan and to throw in some test propionate but do not know how much to take how many weeks and so on. Where can you find info that will tell how much to take in milligrams, how often and for how long. Also is there a good site that lists the drugs and gives good descriptions of them showing side effects, effectiveness and so on.
