Hey guys, most of the lifts that i do are power related, I also do a lot of olympic lifts. But for the most part I do olympic lifts and some bodybuilding exercises. I would like to learn more about the various training methods that powerlifters use.
I think I need to focus more on powerlifting+olympic lifting in my training instead of olympic lifting+bodybuilding. I wanna know about boards, chains, all these wild contraptions and training methods etc....any help is appreicated.
PS I do not intend to compete in powerlifting, I want to increase strength and explosiveness for the shotput and would like to see how powerlifting can help this out
