It sounds like you're looking for industrial, but calling it "doom techno."

Sounds like you want Wumpscut, Biopsy, Funker Vogt, Frontline Assembly (Hardwired and Millennium), Celldweller, etc.

I'm looking for actual techno/electronic music but without the happy mdma or the monotone house music "sound". Not NIN or any of that.

Gothic epic hollywood metal but with no fuzz, no guitars just electronic instruments.

Demn... that Assemblage 23 shit was pretty cool even though it wasnt what I was looking for.
