i'm in the middle of week 6 and can't gain weight!!!
500 sust/week(1st cycle) and in the first 3-4 weeks put on 25lbs and actually lost bodyfat and bloat!!! My gains weren't water bloat based!!!
But now i'm taking 4 quadruple scoop weight gainer shakes a day plus 4 clean big meals and training really hard and my weight hasn't gone up at all i'm stuck at 225!!! it's been 3 weeks with no weight ?
Should i extend my sust past 10 weeks?
Could i also addd some Fina?
