I have to hide mine from my wife! lol.
I shoot on the days when I get home from work before she does. On one of those days, it is actually my off day and I dont lift. On the other day, its after I workout due to time constraints.
Im seeing gains consistent with what I have experienced with previous cycles when I shot only prior to workouts on only 1 day of the week. So for me, i dont seem to notice a difference between the time of day I shoot and how I feel/workout.
