Nope, your eustachian tubes are just plugged. It'll fix itself, if not, easy to fix manually but wait for your cold to be over.

me too dude! i had tubes in my ears so many times that they had to use a skin graft to fix one of my ear drums. . .i had tubes so many times that the dang hole from the tube wouldn't close up anymore.
