goes off do you ever just shut it off, lay in bed with your eyes closed and start counting so that you can lay there relaxed with your eyes closed and enjoy that most relaxed feeling when you want to go back to sleep, but you know you can't? That's why I count, so I don't fall asleep again so I can enjoy that uber relaxedness. Generally I'll count to 100, then maybe 150, then 200, then top it off at 250. Counting moderately quickly.
I don't do it every morning, but probably every other morning. When I do it I have to throw the covers off and fricking practically hop out of bed quick or I just won't get up.
