You would run it after the AAS's have cleared. So about 2 weeks after a Test E shot.

Id use it alone, but some guys feel more comfortable stacking it with clomid or nolva.

If you used hCG on cycle like you should have, you wont need it for PCT, in which case Sustain would be all you need.

I ran mine as the only chem for PCT.. loved it.. brought the boys back into full size.. +++

strength and recovery were very good, and I will use it from now on.. no clomid/nolva combo for me.. but i dont' run heavy or long cycles either..

If you didn’t run hCG during, or the last few weeks of the cycle then you would need to run hCG at the end of the cycle at about 1000iu EOD for a couple weeks stacked with a powerful AI such as letrozol or arimidex. -- In this case, sustain may not have enough anti-estrogen power to control the estrogen spikes from the hCG

Again, Im not a fan of SERMs so I don’t advocate their use, but they could be used with the sustain. I would wait to use the sustain/SERMs till after the last shot of hCG.

Unless your bridging from original Derma to Sustain you always want to use Sustian for PCT if you were to choose just one product.

If you do something like 250iu E3D then you shouldnt have an estrogen problem from the hCG. What is your cycle anyway?
