Implants are not sexy. I mean, they were fine when all of us guys were pubescent wankers looking up Jenna Jameson on the internet, but when we all grow up a bit(hopefully all of us have), they simply lose there sex appeal, because we realize they are not real, and women should realize that too. Ladies, any guy that needs you to have implants before he will accept you isn't worth it; even though some girls won't listen and will eventually find out the hard way, just like a crusty old implant.

the reason most look fake is because they are skinny women with little fat getting huge implants..no surgeon can make a big implant look natural on a small breasted woman, when you see implants that look real it is because the implant itself is small or the woman already had some breasts there so the implant looks more natural as the skin isnt so tight over the implant.

i obviously don't have implants and would like bigger boobs so i've thought about it, but i'm young and i def would hate to lose that natural look AND feel, maybe when i'm older and gravity takes over

I think it can be a success if you just go up 1 size or so and it won't be noticeable to anybody.

Anyway, what matters is the proportions, not the size. If you have a big round booty and no breasts, modest implants can make you a lot sexier.
You see women and guys talk about the perfect breast size but look at different women. A girl who is 6"0 and a bit built, strong, doesn't look too big titted with D's.

It's really quite the operation, it's become so accepted and normal that people forget that.

If it 'll be in realistic proportion to your body and the size change is not huge they can make them look real. Maybe those that I have seen cost a fortune though, I'm not sure. They were done in Belgium if you're interested...

What if they are large-ish but a little saggy?? I'm a D cup but due to gravity & weight loss they sag a bit so I wanted to get a lift and a modest implant. But I'm concerned about the scarring.

Or are implants OK as long as they are proportional?? Just curious....

im not going to lie, that girl is really hot. probably the ideal i would go after. if i could find a woman like that made from nature that would be HOTTT!!!

i love the tits, and i love the skinny lean body. I dont see how someone could say that a woman like this isnt hot. I know that the tits are clearly fake, but i still think they make her look better.

But honestly I could never understand the desire to get fake boobs. I think that they are kind of a waste of money (the money spent on a boob job could feed a lot of hungry children) and it just seems like fake tits would be a hassle. But if the woman really wanted them, I wouldnt complain either, so I guess it can go both ways, hehehe

but women: for the heads up: you dont need boobs to be incredibally hot. When you buy them, yes, perhaps you are making yourself marginally hotter, but a lot of the woman's beauty has to do with more than the boobs. face, stomach, butt, how firm she is, etc.
so are the boobs worth the $4000 bucks? I dont think so, but I guess its your call. and if you get them, although i may think it was a dumb purchase, i probably wont complain.

There is nothing like Natural breasts! I believe most men prefer natural over implants any day. As for me, I love the natural look and feel, no matter the size.

Out of the few females I know that have gone with implants, they all regreted it after.

I had a PS look at them who told me that I would lose a size in getting a lift so I would need a bit of an implant to "perk" them up a bit....but when I found out about the scar I was turned off a bit....

But anyway -- implants are OK if done so they look natural??

IMO - B/C is fine. firm, perky, not very saggy, excellent. anything bigger is a case by case basis. anything smaller, same. tits the size of my head are worthless.

So you need the implant to make the breast look "fuller" and I want to keep my breast size -- I look proportional with the D cup I have now....but with the weight loss I lost some size thus have sagging....

The big con is the expense of course ($5k) and the scar. The scar would look like this: -) or an anchor scar (looks like an anchor). That would look horrible.

So which is better -- sagging natural D cups or perky D cups with a horrible scar?? I'm screwed either way IMO.....

she told me no visible scaring at all when you look at them head on, i didnt ask her exactly where they made the incision , i actually felt them with her shirt on and they were very soft and natural feeling(dont get any dirty ideas, me and her are just close like that)..

I think that I could live with losing a cup size as long as they were lifted and looked good. I do however have a problem with the scarring. I do not want to be scarred for the rest of my life. I am self-concious enough as it is.

I used to work with a bartender had a similar frame to you. I have a pretty big chest but my frame is not that tiny. Anyways you would probably be ideal for a lift. Go down about a cup size and be perky. Jen I have heard that the scaring now is not that bad. Keep checking into it with other PS.

Yeah I may have to go to another PS....the one I went to said it would be an anchor scar which is: --) and I don't want that!!!

I saw one operation (on Discovery Health) where they remove the nipple area & do it that way.....

Anna is not low bf% or skinny in any way. Also how big are her implants, she seems like the kind that would have some good size naturally.

good point robert jan...I was going to point that out. Boobs are made of fat, and extra estrogen can increase fat retention.....EVERYWHERE, not just in the boobs.

And I agree with you on Anna Nicole. Her BF is fairly high, therefore, her boobs look more natural. Less BF, the faker they look. Hell, even when I lose BF, my boobs start looking faker. More BF, more natural looking. Usually.
