When will u "retire" from steroids?

Hello All!

As a matter of curiousity, have any of you guys ever given any consideration to when you might "retire" permanently from taking juice? I'm 26 now, so its not a major consideration, but once I reach my 30's, I might start giving it more thought!

i suppose ill quit when i reach my goals.

210 pounds, 6% bf

shouldnt be more than a year.

That sounds okay in theory SATCHBOOGIE, but what about the emotional side of seeing years of hard work slowly drifting away from you no matter how well you train naturally? Alot of guys still look superb without juice I know, but anytime I tried to go natural, it only too one person to go "jesus, you've lost weight" and I went straight back on the juice again! The thing I'm trying to get at is "will you reach a point where you can stop useing juice with no-regrets and no temptation to ever go back on it again"?

I think I'l stop my main usage when I hit and keep 200 lbs @ 8% body fat. But competely, I don't know. I'll probably use a small amout of test every week to keep my size until I'm in my 40's - 50's.

Ive only started using gear very recently but i know from setting goals and achieving them in the past with weight gain is that success is adictive!

was always like "ill be happy to hit 13 stone, then when i hit that i was like
"hmm, 14 stone would be a good weight"
Now im 14 stone (200 lbs) im like
"well, 15 stone would be even better!"

And now ive got chemical help, the goals will be met faster and get reset evenhigher i expect!

I'll probably never be happy, i think ive got that body dysmorphia syndrome. When i see freinds who i havent seen since school and they hardly recognise me coz ive put on 65lbs of lean muscle. and theyre like
"look at the size of you now!"

I look in the mirror and see a skinny kid. I think thats just years of teasing for being scrawny taking its toll!
I want mass, mass and more mass!

I don't think ill ever stop per say. Once I reach my goals though, I'll probs run mild anabolic cycles here and there (500mg/weekish) and cruise on 100mg of test from 35 until I die.

Who knows though, I can't say for sure. As I get older my priorities may or may not change.

Never! I run probably 2 cycles at most per year... and they are light cycles with well planned PCT.

thats a fine point mate.
but i think with a proper plan its quite possible to stay natural while maintaining emotional/physical satisfaction.

such plan would maybe incorporate a few very mild 3 week cycles every 3-4 months.. sort of like 'tapering down' cycles.

just a thought..

im glad i waited till my 30's just to start steroids! i feel you can make very goos natural gains till then. (if you dont compete) my sex drive through my 20's was great and im glad i didn't start mess'n with it till then. since i have started less then a year ago when im "off" my sex drive is no where near what it used to be before i started. but when im on for the most part its that of a 22 year old. also since ive started my aches and pains especially from herniations in my back are almost gone! and i just feel younger overall:) so imma keep going for a while!

Satch, you live like 50 feet away from the cheapest place in the world to buy primo. Why not go with 500mg of primo for 10 weeks 2 times a year or something. :)

We are here for such a very short time my fellow friends. When your in your in. Once you have went to the dark side there is no return. I will cycle for another 10 -15 years and then do hrt the rest of my life.

when they lower me into the ground or perfect error free genetic re-engineering to make physique transformation permenant

Serioulsy though, I highly believe in some test / gh / T3 and possiblly anti-e to prevent aging!

Yep! I tried and lasted about 8 months. Now who knows when I'll quit again. Probably would need some type of testosterone replacement therapy anyways. I guess it would probably have to take a serious health issue to keep me away.

Studies have shown that 100mg of testosterone administed EOW reduces the risk of heart disease and other problems. It was posted up here recently. :)

Haha took the words out of my mouth.

Im sure i will quit someday. I think its really just a phase in life. When kids come and other things come into my life I may not take training as seriously as I do now. I cant imagine not ever training again, but I think it will be more for healthy body and healthy mind when I get older, not to be big.

I retired in 1986 at 22, came out of retirement last year. I'll probably stay with it til the end but switch to HRT at some point.

most likely I am in the game for life......

You will need the juice more as you get older in the form of HRT.

I'm not stupid with it......and I don't take outrageous amounts, so I see it as nothing but beneficial for my overall health.

:chomp:

I know what you mean!

Dude i know what you mean. I used to cop the same thing only i was the fat kid. Since i hit the weights it's almost become addictive. Havn't hit the chemicals yet but thet're on their way and only god know what sort of poundage pushing pain loving ass kicking disco dancin monster i will become!!! :chomp:
