pauly New member Feb 18, 2002 #1 do you use pre cook weight? This is what i always thought. Here's the deal.....i ate 2 chicken breasts 6 oz each precook but only 4 - 5 oz after cooked. I used the after cooked #'s so it came to 80g protein.........is this correct?
