When to use HCG

So I hear of two different ways of taking HCG
My Cycle::
Sustanon wk 1-12 500 a week
Deca-D wk 1-10 400 a week

So i am thinking of either:
HCG wk 2-12 500 iu a week
OR
HCG wk 13-15 500 iu a day
What are the benefits of taking it throughout
What are the benefits of taking it all at the end

taken throughout keeps testicle size up and prevents complete shutdown from occuring, best seems to be 250 iu. 2 x per week throughout cycle and clomid / proviron post cycle, if you have lost your nuts and gotten really shutdown PCT with hcg usually goes like 500 iu pd for 10 -14 days.

I personally use after for 10 days at 500iu, but I really can't say that using on is better or worse than using after.

After works for me so that's what I stick w/.
