When to use Anti estrogens?

I am about to start a cycle and I was wondering when during the cycle should you start using nolvodex, clomid? I will be taking 500mg Deca/week, 250mg sust/week, 250mg enanthate every 10 days, and 35 mg of Thail Dbol/day this cycle will pyramid but when should I start the anti estrogens?

Only use the nolva if your nips start to get puffy.

Start the clomid three weeks after your last shot of deca/sust.

Don't pyramid, get some arimidex and use clomid post cycle. Get nolva and use if ur nips start to itch.
