when to take winny/anavar tabs??

what time of the day is it best to take these tabs? i will be taking 100mg of the winny and 40 of the avavar. the winny tabs are 50mg, and the anavar is 40mg? anyone have any suggestions on when is the best time? thanks

if you have a 40 mg anavar tab i wouldnt take it at all......I dont think anyone makes one....or you might be taking 8 5mg tabs a day but anyway im taking anavar right now and i just do it in the morning before i workout...

Duck man Hit the search prompt and type anavar. you will find the ones he is talking about.

Take the anavar in the morning and split up the winny into 2 doses.

blown, with winny/anavar, it is absolutely possible to put on 10 pounds. The only problem you might have is for some people (me included) the oxandrolone kills the appetite.

10lbs is definitely possible-As of this morning I have put on over 15lbs of lean mass over 7 weeks and get this my highest dose was 20mgs/day.

10 lbs is low with those doses. Add creatine to the mix it works synergeticly with the anavar. Also like deca, anavar yields better results with a high protien intake.

ok, thanks lawnsaver for the info about the creatine as well. i cant wait to start this shit!! will have to wait two weeks though cause im going on vacation... oh well something to look forward to! reddy, sorry but you will have to email a mod for that. one more thing lawnsaver, the weight should be all muscle, correct? because neither of them hold water weight. let me know. thanks again!!
