Hello, I am going to take 4 - 5 tabs of tbol per day (10mg/tab). My question is, when during the day should I take them? Spread them out or take them at once?
Spread them out as evenly as you can. The more spread out, the more stable the blood levels. More stable blood levels lead to better gains and fewer sides.
yep i split my tabs up with my first three meals. worked damn well so i can't complain. drink a lot of water man i just learned that tbol exits through the kidneys so you might feel slight pain in your lower back if you don't drink enough
Thanks for the help. I'll spread them out over the day like you suggest. Thanks for the tip about the water. I'm also stacking it with 25 mg / day of anavar for the first 3 weeks and then 25 mg / day of winstrol for the last 4 weeks.
