When To Take "Get Big" Drink??

I'm about to start my cycle of test/eq. Although I'm using it to put on some size, I hate to use the word bulking, because I'm really just trying to gain lean weight. A little fat I don't really care about, but I don't want to gain too much. I'm going to be eating a lot of calories, but I'm going to kep it to just clean foods. My question is I'm going to be running 2 miles 2-3 times a week and I'm not surte if it would be better to run as soon as I'm done lifting on an empty stomach, or if I should quickly down a shake as soon as I'm done lifting, then hit the treadmill. I've gotten mixed opinions on which would be better. If it helps, like I said I hate to say bulking cycle, but I guess I would have to say it is going to be more of a bulking cycle than cutting cycle.
Thanks

I know to drink my shake post workout, but should I do it before I run or as soon as I'm done running?? On the 2-3 days that I'll be doing the cardio my schedule will look like this: lift, then immediatly run for 20minutes. Would it be better to down my shake in between my lifting and cardio, or would it make more sense to slam it down as soon as I'm down with my lifting AND cardio??

depends on how long you're going to be running i think-don't miss the 15-20min post lifting window. also, if your workout runs longer than an hour, try taking some DURING the workout-with medium carbs

You'd be better doing your cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and downing the shake as soon as possible after you lift. A note on cardio though: you need to get your heart rate up for about 20 min before your body most efficiently starts burning fat. That's not to say that a 2 mile run isn't worth it. You might want to put your runs in on days you work abs. Leave abs for last, and work them in as a circuit. If you move between 3 or 4 different exercises for 3 circuits you can get your heart rate up and be ready to hit the pavement immediately after.
