yeah i have been taking 10 a day........two before w/o with carb drink (like 40 grams carbs).......2 with the two hours post w/o drink (100 gr carbs)....i don't take any with the immediate post w/o drink since i am not sure you want to mess with that.....then i just take the other 6 throughout the day before my next big carb meals. seems to make a big difference in not putting on fat when eating carbs.
