When to stop Xenadrine/MD6 for break?

Hi guys,

I took Xendarine RFA-1 for 4 weeks, and then I was off of it for 3 days (had probs with shipping new bottle) and then switched to MD6 for 2 weeks, this week being my third.

How long should I stay off of it? I heard that about 6 weeks into any of these you should quit for like 4 weeks. Would love to hear opinions. Thanks.

you can do 4 wks on 2 wks off. What I would do is take MD6(or better yet just a plain ECA) for two weeks, then an NYC stack for two weeks, then off for two weeks and repeat.

I was on Xenadrine RFA-1 for 4 weeks, took 3 days off, then MD6 for 2 more weeks. Today is my last day. Starting Monday it will be 2 to 4 weeks off. Any other suggestions?

Well, today is my last day, I'm off the MD6 for 2 weeks and then back onto it.

Should this help maintain/increase the effectiveness??
