when to start PCT

If you use HCG in your PCT start it one week after your last AAS shot. Use 1,000 or 1,500IU M,W,F for three weeks then start your S.E.R.M. (nolvadex or clomid). Run your S.E.R.M. for 3 or 4 weeks.
If you run HCG through your cycle, continue it for 3 weeks after your last AAS injection, then start S.E.R.M. therapy for 3 or 4 weeks.

sust and D-bol are both highly aromatizing (which means they readily convert to estrogen) so I would definitly go with 10mg of nolva or 50mg of clomid ED during cycle, use the HCG at 1500 IU every 2 to 3 days for no more than 2 weeks because any longer than a couple weeks there is a high risk of permanent down regulation of the LH receptors. (thats a very bad thing)
You can use the nolva for atleast 5 weeks after last injection and that should be enough. or if you still don't want to run nolva thru cycle, about 10 days after last injection run 40mg for 3 days 20 for 3 days and 10 for 3-4 weeks.
oh ya and dont use HCG for PCT because it bypasses the HPTA which defeats the purpose of PCT because you're trying to restore your HPTA.

you dont have to USE NOLVA UNLESS YOU NEED IT OR UNLESS YOU WANT IT, nolva will lower your estrogen levels and you wont get the maximal gains, because you do need a little estrogen for GHlevels, androgen levels, and just other body functions...not a lot though!!!, you could run nolva all the way through, youll basically get more lean gains less water retention, but if your using dbol and sust??id expect you want maximal gains... so keep nolva on hand incase sides arize, ive dont i think ive done more than 5cycles all w/test and d and ive never ran nolva with it during the cycle, if i dont wanna hold water, then ill just use EQ, but if im using sust i wanna get as big as possible, also depends on how sensitve you are to gyno, keep it on hand, start pct bout 2weeks after last shot of sust, day after last shot of sust take 1500iu hcg, then every 3or 4th day for the next two weeks, then the nolva/clomid for 3weeks...

You're better of with a stronger anti-e anyway really if you ask me, like A-dex or Letro or Aromasin. With Sus and d-bol, you're lookin at higher probabality of estrogen related side effects. If you're worried about too little estrogen, you gotta ask yourself which would be worse anyway, too little or too much? Anti-e's in proper doses are a good idea if anything. Most worry about lower IGF-1 if taking Nolva while on cycle. I've used Nolva during cycles and stilll had fantastic gains, so IMO it'snot the cycle killer some make it out to be.
And some will still debate this, but HCG is best when used during your cycle. Using it afterwords only delays recovery. Even if you wait to use Nolva/Clomid after you use HCG, even if you use the HCG after your cycle ends, then you're just keeping yourself shut down longer, and in any case, still delaying recovery.
