and i eas taking d-bol in the first 6 weeks
after this when is the best time to start second cycle
cause i want to keep my gain and i dont wont to wait to long

With proper PCT you can expect to keep some of the gains. As for your question time on = time off; so you should wait at least 12 months after your PCT.
