When to start dostinex?

Im starting the following cycle on monday, front loading the first week:

Test E: 600mg/week (1-14)
Deca: 400mg/week (1-12)
dbol: 40mg/day (1-4)

Nolva, hcg, and maybe clomid (i hate clomid) PCT
have plenty of Ameridex and will most likely try and get away with .5mg EOD

Now my question, I bought 20 1mg dostinex because of a fear of deca dick or possible gyno from deca. It was not exactly cheap so I'd like to use as little as possible. I know to take .5mg E4D but when should I start this in the above cycle? I know deca takes a long time, 3-4 weeeks, to really kick in so could I wait till week 4 before starting dostinex? Or would it be ok to just see how I react to deca and only start to take dostinex if I run into a problem? Also, does dostinex help with recovery in any way, should it be a part of my PCT as well? Help me out!

Dostinex: use it if you feel you need it. I know deca/fina heads that demand its use as half a tab E3D, but these are the guys running nolva or another anti e even when they have NO E-related side effects...

You get sore nips on this cycle, take the appropriate measures, i think.

Use it on Mondays and Thursdays or e4d if u feel the need to keep it even. M and Th are just easier for me to remember. E4d just doesnt work for me and my memory.lol And I think u can start it anytime in that cycle. Either day one or as late as week 4. Wont matter either way cus u wont get gyno doing it for 10 weeks at some point in that cycle.
