I am planning of doing 250mg of test enanthate a week, which means two shots. On which days of the week should I do them for best results? Do they need to be spread out so that I have a constant level of test in my body?

250mg is usually one cc, so you could do that in one shot, if you meant you are taking 500mg a week of 250mg/cc then just take 1 cc on monday and 1cc on thursday

I inject Monday 8:00 a.m. & Thursday 8:00 p.m.

A little extreme, but EXACTLY 3.5 days between shots.
