When doing dips do you breath in while lowering yourself? Or, do you take a quick breath at the top of the movement (when elbows are locked out) and then hold your breath while lowering?
ya ^^^^ except maybe on my last rep an i know ima have to push i might pause at the top for a couple seconds n hold my breath n go down and exhale on that last rep
