When to increase calories???

If your on a cycle of Eq and test cyp, when should you increase your calories and protein intake??? My thoughts were right away, however if the gear will not kick in for several weeks do you want the extra calories now?? I would expect the extra calories could lead to an increase in body fat early in the cycle, and protein and cals should be increased at the same time the EQ and test are to kick in. Not to mention until the EQ kicks in i don't think i can eat anymore without getting sick.

Comments please!!!

Bro if your diet is correct I don't see why you should be worried about fats. Also it's best to have your diet correct even before you start your cycle. There's no point doing gear if your nutrition isn't right, so it's best to get it right even before you start. Your calories should be high from the beginning... - just my thoughs:)

Calories should be increased right away. It's a very common misconception that is takes weeks for long ester AS to "kick in". It takes only a matter of hours following administration before the AS begins to be freed from it's ester and binds to the AR's. This means it elicits the anabolic response it's meant to shortly after injection. If the nutrients aren't thee to capitalize on this anabolic environment then you are simply wasting your time.

Thanks leb and beez. Diet is always right but you can not tell me you consume the same amount of calories off cycle as on. If that the case you completly misunderstand nutrition. Generally speaking, you will get fat from anything (carbs or fats) if you consume more then your body uses. When on a cycle you need the extra cals therefore you increase your intake because your body will use it and not store it to be only latter be turned to fat.
