When to "expect" GYNO!.....

Anti-e s like arimidex, nolvadex and the newer ones you might find on research only sites. I agree with wls, I think 500mg./week is high just starting out if you are worried about gyno. A friend of mine had a small gyno problem using 525mg./wk of test even with arimidex. Just be cautious the first time. Sounds wimpy, but better to be overly cautious using aas then to experience problems and just give up (as my buddy did).

Right on Guys! Input is always appreciated! BTW what kind of simptoms could I expect to see if gyno starts? I've eard of itchy nips and swelling. If going on a 10wk, should I look around wks 5/6 ? I know everyone is different chemestry wise. any hints?......

Itchy and sensitive nips. Everyone is different, but it could happen as soon as week 2 or 3. I would suggest not starting until you get some adex.

Usual dose is .5-1 mg / day or eod. Adex inhibits the aromatase enzyme which converts test and othe androgens into estrogen. Adex will also keep water retention down. Nolva just blocks estrogen reseptor sites.

Nolva will work and block it ,but you must remember the estrogen will still be there. This is something to think about when your finished with the cycle and stop the nolva. Adex will eliminate this. It will also help with excess water retention.
