So I am trying to lean out just a bit and regain some strength lost during a recent haiatus. I am about 185 and I would estimate to be about 12-15 % bf. It's hard for me to get an accurate measurement because of the lack of resources in the 3rd world country I am currently working in, but I can still see my abs fairly well.
At what point should I switch from leaing out to going for some serious mass again?
