When to begin aromatase inhinitors?

Do you start them before your first injection?
Or do you start them after your first injection?

My choice of test is propionate so when do you think is the best time to begin AI's!

bro, start the same day with a fairly low dose. for instance, i'm doing 500mg prop/wk and use 0.5-1mg letro EOD. if you feel bloated, gyno, or other estrogenic sides, just bump up the dose.

Loading is a waste with the anti-e's. Take the anti-e everyday, starting the first day of injection. Arimidex, for example, rapidly reaches max blood levels. Daily dosing keeps them there.

letro is very powerful and will drop your estrogen level in a hurry. in addition, at higher doses, it'll also kill your libido!

The half life of Arimidex and Femara is about 50 hours so eod is usually fine for most cycles

I like to use proviron myself. It's cheaper than all the other stuff and will actually increase your libido unlike some of the others. Just do a search under proviron and I'm sure you will find plenty of info on it here.
