When to add miscellaneous exercises

Grips usually when I do deads, rack pulls, or shrugs. I just hold them for as long as I can at the end of my final sets. Balance you could really do with anything as long as you're using the core. ie. benching on a ball or curling on a balance board. Hip mobility you can do anytime.
 
When would I add things like

1) Balance work
2) Grip work
3) Hip mobility

what do you have in mind for balance work?

whenever you feel it necessary... like if you want grip strength and you think it might be holding you back on some of your lifts, definitely add it. Grub gave some good ideas, but you can also try farmers walks or static holds with a double overhand grip.

Hip mobility you should always be working on- andalite taught me a good amount about that. Do you warmup before you workout?

I was thinking grip work on DL day too. Oh btw this is for when I do the 5x3 program. Balance stuff would maybe be on the last day of the week so 1x a week?

Would hip mobility be done pre workout with my jog/dynamic stretching or post workout with static stretching?

For balance work I was thinking squats and curls an db military on a half ball, and pistol squats?

I do a jog before and dynamic stretching
