With just recovery, logevity and wellness in mind at what age should someone start HGH? Would probably want only small dosages (2iu every other day). As I am getting older being active is hurting a lot more.

I am a competitor and have been using it for 2 1/2 years. I'm 25 years old. My skin is amazing, sleep is wonderful, vascularity is very pronounced, recovery from extremely intense workouts is incredible, and of course my size is preserved when not using AAS. I don't use monster doses either, anywhere from 4 to 8 iu every other day. It's about as close as you can get to a real "fountain of youth". I plan to use it indefinitely.

I never touched anything as I was always able to put on muscle easily. At age 34 I was 190 at 5'4 and no one thought I was fat. In the last 3 years things have changed.
Do you guys think a low dosage of 1.5 to 2 iu would be felt.

Do most you guys by GH from direct suppliers, or go through "clinics".
My Uroligist gets my Test and Blood Work done. So who needs a clinic?
They charge like 5 times more $$$. I'm going with Hygetropin. any advise?

The contents come in a 5000IU powder vial and I mix in 100UI of the provided water. I inject 10 units (500IU) eod as recommended and I feel much better, work out much harder every day.
But reading other posts about human growth hormone - somatropin - , ie: Somatropin, you guys are talkin 2iu eod. Am I doing way too much or is it completely different? Should I be lookin for Somatropin or is HGC ok also? Is it OK to use by itself or should I use it in conjuction with others. And last, once mixed does it have to be refridgerated?
