call the cops on the neighbours below me? Having a party they are being total asses. I was thingking if it does not simmer down by 2 or 3 I would call. What do you think?

Last time they had a party I went down there around 4am said guys could you please keep it down they were asses. So I am going to take a diffrent approach this time.

Well, heres my solution...they will be all hung over by Sunday night, just when they are settling down for a nice sleep, since they are below you, I would invite your friends over for a very loud late night aerobics work out to thumping disco...Don't answer the door if they come up.
