when should i take winstrol

im a frist timer user im at 36% bf wt 237 iv been following a clean diet ive allready used 2 bottle of test-sust 250 1cc mon and thurs so i brought 1 bottle of stanozolol50 mg 1cc every other day is this proper way or is there a better way i order from oasis is there gear good it seems stanozolol is white in color it stay that way i read here its should seperate when it sits please advices should i take this before i work out or after

every other day is fine and i would take it in the am or an hour or so befor a work out

Don't worry about taking it before your training, just split the doses 12 hours apart.... simple as that. Winstrol is not a "pre-workout" supplement, that is what No-Explode, or Amplify 02 is for.

I disagree - completely.

Winny is unesterfied and therefore does not have a classic half life like other AAS. The absorbtion rate if taken orally is under 10 hours at best, and if injected it is under 24 hours. Therefore winny needs to be taken orally at least every 12 hours or injected at least every 24 hours.

With that high of bodyfat, I don't think you should be taking steroids at all. Steroids are going to raise your cholesterol and blood pressure, and for you being overweight, you are putting yourself at serious risk here. I would really reconsider until you get down to at least 20%.

Winny will do nothing for you at that BF.

diet right, run, train hard for 5 months straight, and then come talk to us about aas. 36% bf is very high and the guy above me is right, you will only hurt urself.

When your bf is lower than 20% and you have done 4 or 5 cycles, and trained for 5 or 6 years.
