when should i take clen

im about to start my clen cycle but i dont know if i should take all the pills at once or if i should brake it up for the day the pills are 20 mcg the cycle im going to be doing is

week 1 60mcg
week 2 80mcg
week 3 off
week 4 100mcg
week 5 120mcg
week 6 off
week 7 100mcg
week 8 80mcg
week 9 60mcg

what do you think dose anyone else have any other cycles that they would share please let me know
