When should I begin my next cycle????

I finished my omna/deca cycle about a month ago and am getting ready for a deca/T400 cycle. The only problem is I haven't lifted in a good week and thus am not as stong as I was. I really want to start this cycle right after new years, however would I have better gains if I lifted naturally for a couple of weeks??
 
Wait atleast another month & give your receptors some time.I always atay off as long as I was on,10 weeks then atleast 10 weeks off.
 
Receptor clearing is nonsense and misleading, however common practice dictates time on=time off to allow for endogenous testosterone production to resume fully before another cycle begins.

i'm with beezers.. receptor cleaning is crap.. i'm pretty sure that one of the reasons people think this is that they become stagnant in a cycle.. while using the same amount of aas, when in reality.. you actually gain more receptors through the muscle you've gained.. and you just need more aas to continue getting gains.. at least i think that's the way it goes..

back to the topic.. i'm still with beezers.. time on= time off.. you need to let your hpta and all your systems and organs and what not come back to normal while they still know what normal is.. so that when you come off the next one.. they can come back to normal again.. know what i mean vern?
 
just a hypothetical, say your on for a year straight, does that mean you need to take a year off, like I said just a hypothetical
 
The reason I'm planning to start this cycle on Jan 2 is because I want to add a bit more bulk, before my cutting cycle in May, especially since I couldn't lift for about the last ten days, and got weaker. If I start it in Jan, that will last till March, giving me two months off before my May cycle. What I really want to know is does it make a difference if I just start it now, since I've been not lifting lately, or should I wait a week or two.
p.s. I'm really anxious to start and get back to where I was.

your body should be more receptive to building muscle, since you took a break, and the aas will help kick that in much more

If you're going to be on for a year why not two? Why come off if you're willing to stay on for a year. I'm on year round and it would make no sense for me to take time off at this point.

I never undertood that. If your gonna juice then don't let yourself go. Why not work out for 10 days and why would you lose so much strength in that time? If i take 10 days but still maintain my eating habits i come back even stronger. It's when i miss 2-3 months that i lose strength. I would still stay off another month, start a bulking diet and get back into training properly.
 
Unless your a Pro or have money to burn then atleast give your
body/organs a break..Some of you guys seem like your making up excuses for yourselves to stay on.Sooner or later your gonna have to come off the shit.
