when scrubbing acne off my back

can i use the SOS pad part on the back of the sponge, to scrub it, or do u think that woulb be to harsh? Whats more important to be harsh, or to just scrub? And when scrubbing do we scrub with the soap on our backs while scrubbing, or should we use soap after we scrub?

DO NOT SCRUB with anything bro, it'll only aggrivate the skin and make it worse.

Use a washcloth and soap, preferably one like nutrogena oil free or something with sycalic (sp?) acid in it.

Please, FORGET THE SCRUBBING.

i use a lofa some times, dont use an SOS pad...... is this AMAF????

just wash as mutch as possible and tan, those tow things have helped me keep mine under some control.

Use a loofa (as gay as they seem) and also use some exfoliating liquid soap. That apricot shit seems to be good for that...

My girl noticed my back full of pimples today and said whatever your doing its not good for you. Your back looks terrible.
I said I dont what your talking about. Im only doing protein shakes.

i just talked to a dermatologist about this, they put me on a pill, some cream, and some pads, i'll get the name of the stuff later.
I asked about scrubbing and he laughed, said sorry you cant scrub away acne. Most of my acne is under the skin, thats what the cream is for.
