If you have never taken Clen before,be careful!!!!!!!!!!!
I would suggest that you take half a tab 10-15 mins before cardio in the morning and maybe half a tab later in the aftrenoon 2-3pm.Just so you know what it feels like,because you can get quite a "RUSH" and a lot of first time users panic,no way would I ever take 5 tabs in a day if I had never used it before.I personally find that taking 1 tab a day for 2 days then a day off then 1 and a half tabs for 2 days and then a day off and building it up by half tab a day every 2 days with a day off until I reach maxium dosage of around 4-5 tabs.I stick with this for a week then cycle back down.Then I switch to 25mg of ephedrine before each workout this helps kills my appetite when dieting and I can stick to my set calorie intake to drop body fat.
I am sure everyone else has found their perfect intake schedule.
