When is it TOO much dieting/training

I don't know if I should add more to my training/diet or just keep it up. I'm doing a pretty drastic diet/training but I'm not concerned with losing muscle mass, just want to reduce my bf% drastically. I trained for a good 3 years but after getting a new job etc I have been away from the gym for 2 years but have gone back consistantly for the last 6 weeks. Right now i'm 26 years old 6'1 240 bf 20% (estimate) My training consists of 25min running AM empty stomach 3x week, weight training 5x a week medium weights/high intensity, cardio 20 mins after each workout and 40 minutes on off days. Diet is clean, low carb, high protein, good fats. Taking in lots of multivitamens and extra vitamens and minerals. Drinking water like a fish. Only taking in about 2400 cals/day.
I also started my cycle 3 weeks ago, GH 3IU/day (4 months), T3 (6 weeks), Winstrol 50mgED(8 weeks). Thermogenic supplements added after t3 cycle is finished.

Again, i'm not really concerned about losing muscle/strength I just wanna shed as much bf as I can. Should I go harder or will I just fatigue my body and start getting negative effects?

looks like a good diet and training regimen, wait about 6weeks and if you have not seen good enough results, post back. keep your protein up, and water.

6'1 240 @ 20% is still pretty damn jacked.

I guess you aren't looking for a morality lecture but I don't see why you'd run a cycle after a layoff. A fairly restrictive diet with some decent training should yield excellent results natty, then cycle when it stalls (if you still feel the need to).

I'm fairly ignorant when it comes to GH, but isn't 26 a tad young for that stuff?

Sorry to be a wet blanket bro :(

IMO I would be concerned about loosing muscle if you are dieting. It seems to me if you lose muscle also your bf% may not change. You will just get a smaller version your current self.
