When is it too late?

Simple question...when would it be considered 'too late' to treat test induced prolactin gynecomastia?

Also...thanks to the 'search' option...lol, I found this statement in a post from about a month back.

"The only non-surgical agents that have studies showing reduction of EXISTING gynecomastia are the serms Nolvaldex and raloxifene. Arimidex, which is an anti-a like Femera did nothing for reduction. Great for prevention."

Any truth behind this?
