When following CKD what to have post workout?

So while following CKD and working out Sun-Fri what should a post workout drink consist of? I'd be worried about drinking any carbs post workout and throwing myself out of ketosis. Should I consume protien only with no carbs?

In my opinion, yes. Some people can get away with 30 or so carbs, but I'd prefer to utilize green veggies for those carbs. Its tough to get enough fibre on a CKD diet.
