when doing a cutting cycle , how often do you guys eat cheat meal ?

I think that one cheat meal a week is ok .

I used to take a whole day to cheat , like Bill phillips suggests in his book , but I think that is toooo much cheating .

So I think one FREE MEAL a week is perfect.


what about you guys ?

yep I know , no achool I am scared about that thing about alchool decreasing my protein syntesys !

no alchool for me whyle on cycle !

yeah one bad meal a week is enough ! and I already feel kinda guilty !

It's up to you. If a cheat meal or day will keep you focused on a clean diet the other six days, and will keep you from falling off the wagon completely, it should be ok.
Personally, when I'm cutting up, I'm so motivated to shred the fat, I don't really cheat at all. Hell, I did enough cheating during the bulking phase!
 
yeah man , it is up to me ...I am with a crazy drive , and motivation is damm high !

i used to cheat once per week, now i dont crave it any more but i do keep my carbs very low for 4-6days in a row and follow by one day of refeeding, during the refeeding i eat alot of cals but they tend to be clean for the most part, the worst food to cheat on is ice cream because of lactose content, if your body has plenty of glucose then the lactose does not get metabolised leading to water retension, fat gains.
