Tommorow i begin my war. Yes i view my bodybuilding goals as a war. a war on catabolism a war on being small a war with my body. The body doesnt want to be a massive 260 pounds it wants to be a comfortable 150-160 BUT you want to be 260 . So what happens when you tell the enemy your demands and the enemy says no deal . YOU GO TO WAR AND YOU MAKE THE ENEMY AGREE TO YOUR DEMANDS!! cals, Protein,heavy slag iron ,rest and "super supplaments" and most importantly visualization and sheer hunger and thirst , are the weapons at your disposal to make your body agree to your demands. Use them wisely and effectivly to accomplish your mission. I imagine the president of my mind standing infront of many people declaring war on my body saying yelling "WE WILL ACCOMPLISH OUR GOALS" it will be a hard fought 24 hour A DAY battle but in the end "WE WILL PREVAIL!" STANDING TALl AND PROUD AT 260 .
