When does YOUR invasion start?

Tommorow i begin my war. Yes i view my bodybuilding goals as a war. a war on catabolism a war on being small a war with my body. The body doesnt want to be a massive 260 pounds it wants to be a comfortable 150-160 BUT you want to be 260 . So what happens when you tell the enemy your demands and the enemy says no deal . YOU GO TO WAR AND YOU MAKE THE ENEMY AGREE TO YOUR DEMANDS!! cals, Protein,heavy slag iron ,rest and "super supplaments" and most importantly visualization and sheer hunger and thirst , are the weapons at your disposal to make your body agree to your demands. Use them wisely and effectivly to accomplish your mission. I imagine the president of my mind standing infront of many people declaring war on my body saying yelling "WE WILL ACCOMPLISH OUR GOALS" it will be a hard fought 24 hour A DAY battle but in the end "WE WILL PREVAIL!" STANDING TALl AND PROUD AT 260 .

Remember don't fight your body too hard or it will kill you, instead sit down with it, have a cup of coffee with it and chat with it. It should come to its senses and agree with you. You just gotta love it and pamper it, and even sing it a song sometimes like, GET BIG OR DONT DO NOTHING AT ALL YEAH YEAH! do! do!:mad: My body is too tough to force it to do something, I gotta talk it into doing what I want it to, its not as smart as my mind.
