Reason I ask is cause I want to take mine first thing in the morning at 5:00AM. Only problem is I need to hit the gym first thing and usually carb up as soon as I wake up so I have energy for an intense workout. I cut my carbs after 4:00PM.
I know GH should be taken on a empty stomach but considering I need to carb up and can't wait 45 minutes as I have a business to run. What would you suggest? Thanks for your advice if I get any responses that is...
I take my HGH when I wake for the day and again PWO. For you this fits your criteria easily.
