I shoot 2,000 mcg's of b12 every week year round. I use it cause i have a stomach problem that sometimes makes my blood count low so the b12 takes care of that problem. It will give you more energy if you use it on a regular basis.
i believe it does help with appetite, i think its an all around good add suppose to help with muscle contaction as well as neve system as well a case can be made that any vitamin can help with anything and ive seen some crazy claims on it too id just try and see for urself it is water soluble so u cant do any harm on it
