when do u shoot tren?

I work from 6am to 4:30pm and i needed to know if it would be ok to shoot in the morning before work or right before workout. I also have oral winny and im taking 70mg e/d. how would you suggest i take them both?

tren in the am pre work, winny split two dosages 1 in am 1 in pm if you can.
