im doing a 10 week cycle of prop at 300 mg a week, and winstrol the last 6 weeks of the cycle....

i have some arimidex on hand....when do start using the arimidex? at what dose?

i was thinking about buying methyl 1 d and start taking that when i decrease my prop dose...

but i have no clue when to use the arimidex and for how long...

........also...........

when should i decrease my prop dose, and to what dosage?

use ai's only when needed.like if you get to much bloat and you dont like it....or if you get gyno

at those doses I would say a-dex .5mg eod would be plenty!! but if you start hangin on t more water than you want you can move to .5mg ed, but I doubt you will need that much!!

run the test as you stated throw the other shit away as others have said

run the arimidex @.5 if you experience water retention.......on a daily basis if needed.

^^^ I say begin with .25mg ed and if you need to bump it up!! a-dex is potent stuff and at such low doses .25 might just very well be plenty!! I was on sust 1000mg for first 2 weeks and then 750 after that... at about my third week .25 wasn't doin the trick bumped it to .5 five and had no problems throughout the duration of my cycle even when I added tren to it!! like I said a-dex is potent stuff!! and it's best to start low and only take the amount you need!! and at the dose you're runnin you may not even need it really!! everybody is different... so you'll just have to start your cycle and see how you respond. personally I always take an AI... the amount of gains lost using an AI are extremely minimal in my opinion and not worth the risk of gyno and I don't like the bloated look!!

with your dosage of anabolic androgenic steroids you should be fine at 0.25-0.50mg ARIMIDEX daily.

Leave the test at the same level all throughout the cycle. Your using a fast ester no need to drop it down..and get some H.CG or derma for PCT

run the testosterone to the very end of your cycle......then 4.5 days after you last injection of testosterone propionate start your hcg injections @500iu's for 10 days straight,and also start your dermacrine sustain running it for an entire month.
