When do I stop taking nolvadex?

I am on a cycle of Equipoise 300/week and sustanon 500/week with nolvadex. My question is: since sust. stays active for up to four weeks in your system after stopping usage, should I continue using nolvadex for those four weeks? also, when should I start HcG?
